We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager based in South Korea (Seoul or Busan) to join our global team. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional collaboration with our Lexington, Kentucky office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize product adoption and value.
- Proactively identify client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to ensure client feedback is incorporated into service improvements.
- Monitor client health metrics and usage data to identify growth opportunities and prevent churn.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to align client goals with our offerings and facilitate renewals and upselling.
