Operator I – Packaging

Join a dynamic team supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

This role involves verifying and preparing packaging materials,
setting up and performing machine changeovers,
operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment,
and ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.

Key responsibilities include

producing finished products within specifications,

collaborating with maintenance for mechanical issues,

maintaining cleanliness and organization,

accurately recording batch information,

and

participating in training and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications include

high school diploma or GED,

preferably at least 2 years of manufacturing experience,

strong reading, writing, math, and interpersonal skills,

and

the ability to work in a team, troubleshoot, and adapt to overtime as needed.
