Join a dynamic team supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations in Columbus, OH. This onsite role involves assisting with daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Under supervision, you’ll develop skills in People Leadership, Safety, and Operational goals through mentoring, training, and hands-on tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintaining SOPs in accordance with cGMPs.
- Mentoring and training staff to enhance workforce skills.
- Leading safety and 5S initiatives facility-wide.
- Supporting equipment troubleshooting, setup, and quality checks.
- Managing record keeping, including batch records and reports.
- Participating in incident investigations and supporting quality audits.
- Overseeing daily department operations such as time management, payroll, and performance.
- Revising SOPs and supporting compliance efforts.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
