Role Overview: The Digital Workplace Client Engineering Services Team Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing regional digital workplace platforms, focusing on client engineering, endpoint standards, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee team activities; ensure platform reliability, performance, and user satisfaction; define and implement IT policies and best practices; collaborate with organizational decision-makers to develop cost-effective technology solutions; build global relationships; foster team development through coaching and mentoring; and serve as a technical leader in end-user computing strategy and design.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Expertise in Endpoint Management (On-Prem/Cloud), with certifications preferred, and experience managing large enterprise endpoint technologies (e.g., Intune, device management). Strong leadership, communication, project management, and collaboration skills are essential.
Location & Workstyle: Based onsite at designated office locations, with potential for one remote day weekly. Moderate domestic travel required.
