Manufacturing Equipment Engineer

Role Overview:
Lead and execute innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Models to meet or surpass Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure alignment and clarity.

Analyze daily reports to identify gaps, develop countermeasures, and drive continuous improvement.

Use data analysis and PDCA methodology to support cross-functional problem-solving.

Monitor equipment and processes for optimal performance and cost efficiency.

Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Prioritize and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.

Manage project implementation, schedules, budgets, and resources.

Test and implement new technologies to improve processes and equipment.

Develop and control budgets to meet financial targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
• 0-6 years of experience; manufacturing co-op preferred.
