Principal Project Manager – New Model

Role: The New Model Cost Project Lead manages and leads new model projects, including BEV, ensuring achievement of cost and investment targets.

Responsibilities: Oversee full project management, identify and resolve development issues, communicate cost data effectively, and prepare presentations for management. Lead procurement teams, establish cost-based part structures, and monitor progress against plans. Negotiate project timelines and budgets, develop status reports, and support resolution of complex issues.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; 8+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of BOM, GML system, and GSR manual is essential.

Key Duties: Lead change projects, manage cross-team communication, and ensure cost targets are met. Maintain cost systems and budgets for new models.

Work Conditions: International/domestic travel, OT as needed, and a hybrid work environment.
