Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or aviation-related fields, with at least 8 years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace or flight test roles.
Performance indicators focus on on-time, within-budget project completion, effective stakeholder communication, and contractor management.
