Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize assembly processes for new and existing parts, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include applying lean manufacturing techniques, analyzing big data with Excel and VBA, supporting new model launches, conducting workflow studies, and leading cross-functional improvement projects. The role requires developing operation standards, implementing ergonomic solutions, and managing project plans to ensure seamless production.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, along with knowledge of process data analysis, assembly techniques, quality control, and production systems. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Working conditions involve primarily first shift with occasional support for other shifts, potential travel, and a mix of manufacturing and office environments.
