Manufacturing Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and implement innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development, ensuring targets for Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively across all organizational levels to ensure alignment.
• Analyzing daily reports to identify gaps and develop corrective actions for safety, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Using data analysis and PDCA cycles to support problem-solving and develop solutions.
• Monitoring equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing performance while reducing operating costs.
• Training, mentoring, and sharing expertise to enhance team capabilities.
• Prioritizing tasks and making data-driven decisions to achieve business goals.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources for successful implementation.
• Testing and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Developing and managing budgets to meet cost targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-6 years’ relevant experience; manufacturing co-op experience preferred.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software; strong technical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and analyze complex problems.
