We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and implement innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model areas to meet safety, quality, environmental, delivery, cost, and morale goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effective communication across all organizational levels to ensure alignment.
- Analyzing reports to identify gaps and develop corrective actions for safety, quality, and delivery improvements.
- Using data analysis and PDCA cycles to support problem-solving and develop solutions.
- Monitoring equipment and processes for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Training, mentoring, and developing team members’ technical capabilities.
- Prioritizing tasks based on data and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Testing and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Managing budgets to meet cost targets.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or related field, with relevant experience.
- 0-6 years’ experience; manufacturing co-op experience preferred.
- Computer literacy supporting industry-standard software.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, self-motivation, and leadership qualities.
- Strong communication, technical analysis, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems through analysis.
Working conditions:
- Involves both office and manufacturing environments requiring PPE and equipment troubleshooting.
- Hands-on investigation near machinery and materials.
- 50% office, 50% manufacturing activities; potential overtime and travel.
