We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Robotics professional responsible for delivering high-quality robotic hardware, software, and safety designs to support new model and technology introductions across manufacturing facilities.
Key duties include:
- Leading project scheduling, resource management, and ensuring design deliverables meet milestones for medium to high complexity projects.
- Mentoring associates and conducting peer reviews to foster growth and ensure design standards.
- Implementing robotics designs for new models, coordinating across multiple production lines, and performing design reviews.
- Managing Plan vs. Actual reporting, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.
- Leading robotic system evaluations, vendor buyoffs, and conducting simulation studies and programming in various scenarios.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Robot CAD, and simulation tools.
Working conditions:
- Primarily office-based with some physical work on the manufacturing floor.
- Support for robot installations nationwide, including occasional weekend work.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and conduct physical confirmations on-site.
