Role Overview: Lead and develop innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Models to achieve safety, quality, environmental, delivery, cost, and morale targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure shared understanding and direction.
- Analyze daily reports to identify safety, quality, and delivery issues, developing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analysis and PDCA cycles to support problem-solving and solution development.
- Monitor equipment and processes for optimal performance while minimizing costs.
- Train and mentor team members, enhancing technical capabilities.
- Prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to meet business objectives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for successful implementation.
- Test and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Develop and oversee budgets to achieve cost targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 0-6 years’ experience; manufacturing co-op experience preferred.
- Proficient with industry-standard software; strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with self-motivation.
- Effective communication, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Leadership qualities and problem-solving aptitude.
Working Conditions: Hands-on involvement in manufacturing environments, working near machinery and materials, with potential overtime and travel. Safety protocols and tools are required.
