IT Engineer – Endpoint Management

We are seeking a Senior North America Digital Workplace Client Engineer to lead the engineering, implementation, and management of modern endpoint platforms. Responsibilities include supporting technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Windows client platforms, iOS/iPadOS devices via Apple Business Manager, and virtual solutions like Windows 365 Cloud PC and Azure Virtual Desktop. The role involves defining endpoint architecture, standards, and roadmaps, partnering with vendors, and transitioning from legacy management tools to cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years in enterprise endpoint engineering, 5+ years in Microsoft Intune, and 3+ years with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Technical skills required encompass endpoint management, migration from SCCM/Group Policy, MDM/MAM practices, security compliance, automation with PowerShell, and vendor collaboration. Desirable skills include experience with Windows 365 and AVD.
