Role Overview: This position involves supporting the development of hardware and software technologies for vehicles, aiming to enhance comfort, safety, and user experience through a top-tier infotainment platform focused on C.A.S.E. (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electrification) and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Hardware and Software Testing: Conduct hands-on performance testing, develop requirements, and support maturation testing to ensure component and vehicle compatibility.
- Supplier Management: Guide suppliers to design and manage components according to schedule requirements.
- Documentation: Create clear reports, presentations, and technical documents to record development activities and communicate findings.
- Requirements Capture and Specification Development: Identify and specify critical hardware, software, and communication requirements based on customer demands.
- Analysis: Interpret test results, predict performance issues, and provide necessary data for product and design improvements.
- Project Management: Communicate development progress and report status across departments.
- Strategic Planning: Research and influence future trends in infotainment system architecture and development methods.
- Innovation & Improvement: Propose and justify new functions to meet market needs.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering; 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Working Conditions: Includes vehicle testing, physical activity, and exposure to various environmental conditions, with physical demands such as lifting and pushing.
