Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical and Project Engineer to lead and communicate operational plans, monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and optimize mechanical systems including HVAC, boilers, pumps, and controllers. This role involves developing schedules, budgets, and forecasts, supporting infrastructure projects, and evaluating new technologies for equipment replacement. Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting system reliability, managing documentation and engineering drawings, and ensuring systems meet performance standards. The engineer will oversee project scope, budgets, contractor evaluations, and team supervision, fostering technical growth and collaboration.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and up to 6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project management, and automation principles, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. The role requires supporting facility infrastructure, supporting safety protocols, and working in both manufacturing and office settings.
