Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure mold production of high-quality parts through preventive maintenance, repair, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to equipment and mold downtime, monitor for potential issues, and perform quality and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting on machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety policies, and confirm quality of completed work.
- Assist in scheduled maintenance activities and respond to urgent repair needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three months experience in mechanical or die mold maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, painting, stamping, and plastics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CAD tools.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen in a technical environment.
Working Conditions:
