Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a two-year degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial fields, or relevant maintenance experience. Minimum of 3 months of related experience is preferred. Skills required encompass problem analysis, familiarity with automated machinery, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong work ethic and adaptability are essential.
The position is based in a manufacturing environment, with potential overtime, weekend, and holiday work. Travel for training or equipment issues may be necessary. Physical demands include standing most of the time and moderate lifting.
