Role Overview: Manage daily operations of the plant’s storeroom, ensuring adherence to MRO procedures. Oversee manpower scheduling, contractor coordination, and inventory audits. Generate reports, support plant budgets, safety measures, and procurement activities. Lead calibration activities for MRO and plant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage storeroom workforce and calibration contractors
- Coordinate manpower schedules, including holidays and shutdowns
- Create and process Storeroom Transfer Orders (STOs)
- Oversee internal equipment repairs and ISO standards support
- Manage tank farm activities, SAP and Maximo queries, and P-Card transactions
- Develop shipping/receiving processes for plant and inter-plant movements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in technical or management fields
- Minimum of 6 years experience in associated management or equipment service
- Proficiency with Excel, dashboarding, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
