Seeking a technical trainer responsible for delivering automotive training to dealership service personnel, primarily Honda and Acura vehicles.
- Conduct in-dealer and training center sessions, ensuring certification and diagnostic standards are met regularly.
- Maintain training equipment, vehicles, and facilities to high standards, adhering to all regulatory policies.
- Analyze training needs across districts and recommend appropriate development strategies.
- Ensure the quality of training content and support the development of technical modules.
- Maintain professional relationships and oversee facility maintenance and vehicle readiness.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a related field or an AA in automotive technology, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and presentation abilities are required.
- Preferred background as an automotive instructor or technician with familiarity in certification processes.
