Senior Project Engineer – Paint

We are seeking a New Model Project Leader to oversee development at North American Paint plant departments.

Responsibilities include: coordinating with Paint and Engineering teams to confirm designs, preparing project status summaries, and presenting to leadership. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design reflections and factory capabilities are incorporated, negotiating product specifications, developing project targets aligned with factory and business goals, and managing action plans to deliver projects on time and within budget. Building strong relationships across departments, leading meetings, and tracking project budget and resources are essential duties.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering or relevant experience (Paint preferred), with ≥2 years in new model development or manufacturing (Paint experience a plus). Skills in Microsoft Office, Paint knowledge, project management, CAD tools, and strong interpersonal abilities are required. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available.

Working Conditions: primarily on-site, with some travel, involving office and plant environments.
