Role Overview:
This position provides technical expertise in Electrical & Control systems, focusing on designing, managing, and implementing equipment solutions to support departmental and company sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute investment project evaluation flows aligned with business targets.
- Lead equipment improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to installation standards to enhance reliability and repair efficiency.
- Support engineering solutions for complex problems, driving continuous process improvements and technical training.
- Utilize data analysis and customer feedback to identify issues and implement effective countermeasures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term production sustainability.
- Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and foster skill development.
- Identify gaps in equipment and lead activities to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environmental performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-6 years of engineering experience.
- Proficiency in creating technical presentations, teaching, communication, and Microsoft Office suite.
Working Conditions:
40-hour workweek in a manufacturing environment with flexibility for overtime, including weekends and shutdowns, on automated machining lines.
