Lead the design, development, and certification of cabin systems including Cabin Management System, Lighting, and In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development Project Lead: Oversee end-to-end cabin system projects, coordinate with stakeholders, analyze data, and ensure schedule, budget, and requirements targets are met.
- Integrator: Set technical direction, serve as liaison between systems and suppliers, and ensure smooth integration of electrical and mechanical components.
- Project & Testing Communication: Develop test plans, communicate project status, present results, and manage project tools like Jira.
- Research & Development: Stay updated on cabin system advancements and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years in aircraft cabin systems development and leadership.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5, PLM tools, Adobe Suite, UX/UI tools, and project management software.
- Experience with hardware/software development of cabin systems, interpreting engineering drawings, and regulatory standards.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and self-management skills.
