Quality Assurance – Full Time

Role Overview: This position involves minimizing supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, implementing solutions, and supporting continuous improvement with suppliers. The role requires collaborating on problem resolution, approving part/process changes, analyzing data, and overseeing corrective actions to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve design and process changes (15%)
• Confirm supplier root cause analysis and countermeasures (15%)
• Perform data analysis and prioritize impact issues (20%)
• Manage problem-solving investigations (15%)
• Coordinate supplier activities for effective solutions (20%)
• Communicate with suppliers and departments (10%)
• Build technical knowledge and understanding of company and departmental standards (5%)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-6 years of relevant experience, preferably including co-op experience
• Skills in quality assurance, blueprint reading, measurement, Catia/3D, MS Office, negotiation, and communication

Working Conditions: Open office environment with walking, part sorting, limited travel, and potential overtime.
