Senior Account Representative

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator responsible for sourcing and coordinating raw materials such as Aluminum, Resin, Foundry Sub, and Scrap to support multiple locations. Key duties include ensuring on-time delivery, managing supplier relationships, and supporting cost reduction initiatives. The role involves collaborating with departments like Steel and MPR, providing on-site support at various plants, and overseeing commodity-specific strategies. The coordinator will analyze inventory, develop accurate quotations, establish project timelines, and monitor profitability and efficiency. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, with at least 3 years of purchasing or sales experience, customer service skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of cost accounting, conflict management, and general business concepts is preferred. The role reports to an indirect supervisor, with no direct reports. Key decision areas involve order execution, project planning, and profitability management.
