Manufacturing Materials Engineer

Role Overview:
The position involves executing Paint Materials activities through strategic planning and implementation to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and analyze testing instrumentation data for accurate assessment.

Evaluate materials and processes to develop planning strategies for future needs.

Verify new formulated materials via testing, visual cues, and process confirmation.

Analyze specifications and testing requirements to resolve complex issues, ensuring SQCDME standards.

Test, control, and ensure compliance of formulated products with specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good visual color acuity and ability to pass Munsell color testing.
• Strong technical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with design specifications and technical testing procedures.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
