We seek a dedicated professional to support Honda/Acura dealer networks as a District Parts & Service Manager. This role involves providing dealer consulting to improve customer satisfaction, parts sales, and service efficiency, including reducing oil change times and promoting genuine parts. The position requires live and work in Seattle, WA, with reporting to the Centennial, CO office. Key responsibilities include developing action plans, supporting Honda/Acura programs, and mentoring dealers across approximately 10-11 locations.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or related fields, with at least 5 years of auto parts and service experience. Automotive wholesale/retail experience and knowledge of OEM warranty policies are preferred. Strong sales, communication, organizational, and customer relations skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with web applications. Regular travel and potential relocation are required.
