Role Overview: This position involves delivering an intensive job training program aimed at young adults, combining technical and professional skills development with internship and job placement support.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom instruction in areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analytics, and Project Management. Mentor participants, offering personalized coaching and guidance to support career readiness. Assist participants with resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills. Coordinate internship placements with leading organizations and ensure participant engagement throughout the program. Support participants in gaining professional skills and transitioning into employment or further education.Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required. Eligible to work in the U.S. Motivated to learn technical and professional skills. No Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to commit to the program schedule. Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills. Key Benefits: Participants gain business communication, networking, and interview skills, with ongoing support.
