Role Overview: Responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and inspecting tools and equipment.
Key Duties: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and kitchen equipment; maintain maintenance inventory; communicate daily activities; follow safety protocols; and support landscaping repairs.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or G.E.D.; basic maintenance experience; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; basic computer skills; and strong communication.
Additional Requirements: Adherence to safety policies, professional appearance, and positive guest interaction.
Preferred Experience: Maintenance, surface preparation, painting, or hotel engineering knowledge.
Note: No supervisory experience required.
