Role Overview: Supports distribution services by analyzing operational data, implementing process improvements, coordinating tasks across teams, escalating issues, and performing maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing routine operational data for issue resolution and workflow optimization
- Implementing process adjustments to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Coordinating task dependencies to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Escalating atypical issues with context and recommended actions
- Performing maintenance activities to maintain equipment and process continuity
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, engineering technology, facilities management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, or related areas
- Preferred certification: Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar
