Role Overview:
Responsible for managing store operations, including employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper staffing, conduct performance reviews, and make recommendations for employee advancement.
  • Provide training, communicate expectations, and foster a safe, secure, and organized store environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, merchandising, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling, and security practices.
  • Evaluate business trends, control expenses, and identify opportunities for sales growth and shrink reduction.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
  • Complete documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety protocols.
    • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers.
    • Previous retail management experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Requirements:
    • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and handling merchandise and equipment.
    • Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to outside weather conditions.
    • Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.
