Responsibilities include:
- Operating and troubleshooting production equipment during start-up, shut-down, and ongoing manufacturing processes.
- Ensuring all production paperwork is accurately completed and quality standards are met, including proper packaging and weights.
- Proactively addressing potential issues to minimize disruptions, maintaining adherence to safety and environmental policies.
- Monitoring food safety systems such as HACCP and GMP, reporting problems, and initiating corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S., 18 years or older, and proficient in English.
- Basic math skills, ability to work in varied environments, lift frequently, and work outside regular hours.
- Willingness to complete safety and equipment training, including working at heights and operating vehicles.
- Experience in food production, leadership, or operating machinery is preferred.
