Manufacturing Engineering Technical Specialist

Role: Manufacturing Engineering Technical Specialist for gears and shafts.

Responsibilities: Develop and optimize machining and assembly processes, define specifications and tolerances, and lead PPAP, APQP, and capability studies to ensure high-quality production. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve complex manufacturing issues, introduce new technologies, and support the launch of new drivetrain components. Promote safety, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement on the manufacturing site.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong expertise in manufacturing engineering, precision machining, and assembly processes. Ability to solve complex technical problems, implement process improvements, and work cross-functionally. Knowledge of industry standards and methodologies such as PPAP and APQP. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
