Role Overview:
The Repair Tech (Guitar) is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and positive customer interactions. They assist with store inventory maintenance, complete warranty repairs, and provide excellent customer service by connecting meaningfully with customers, demonstrating knowledge, approachability, and passion for music.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to enhance their experience
- Service and repair guitars and other instruments
- Maintain store-owned gear as needed
- Complete warranty repair work
- Participate in training and product knowledge development
- Assist with additional store tasks as assigned
