Role Overview: The Multi-Store Supervisor is responsible for driving store success by delegating tasks, inspiring and mentoring team members, and ensuring operational and customer service standards are met across multiple locations. This role involves working closely with staff to maintain smooth operations, fostering a positive store culture, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the supervisor ensures a safe, compliant environment and may support nearby stores through local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks and oversee team performance to meet operational goals
- Mentor staff to develop skills and provide feedback to management
- Maintain store operations by working alongside team members
- Promote a positive, engaging store environment aligned with company standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
- Travel locally to support other stores as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to multitask, perform physical activities, and lift up to 20-40 pounds with assistance
- At least 18 years old (21+ for specific tasks in some states)
- Leadership experience or effective collaboration skills
- Prior food service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed for over 30 miles
