We are seeking a dedicated Remote Clinical Customer Success Executive based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to support our clients in the Columbus, Ohio region. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of our clinical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their clinical needs and objectives.

Providing product training, onboarding support, and ongoing education to optimize client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored solutions.

Monitoring client engagement metrics and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure client needs are met effectively.
